Founded in March 2002, the Association now has 200 members. Our aim is to enhance the physical, social & psychological well-being of retired people in the Ballinasloe area. B.A.R.A Walkers Xmas 2012

At their Christmas gathering Noelle Rohan's birthday was the main attraction (12-12-12) A beautiful birthday cake was presented to Noelle and the usual songs were sung with great sincerety and gusto. Noelle is the John the Baptist of the walkers. She tells of walks to come, she may not always be at those walks but one greater than her shall lead the way.
